I had a few V-Ray questions and, i was surprised by how quickly the staff broke everything down. Like, wow, they made it way easier than I expected.

My subscription on vray.us was okay overall, I would say. At first, though, it was not very clear to manage. I had to click around a bit before finding where the billing changes were, which was kind of annoying. It did work in the end, but the account page could be easier, honestly.

I was hoping to get a decent discount, but even after everything, the final price still felt high. Like, high high. It just didn’t feel worth it for me, especially since I was expecting better deals...

V-Ray was okay overall. The price seemed reasonable compared to a few other places I checked, and I did end up getting what I needed without any major issues.
That said, am I missing something, or could the process be a bit clearer? A few details weren’t super obvious, so I had to go back and double-check things myself. Not a bad experience, just felt average.

I mainly used vray.us for the setup info and documentation, and it was easier to follow than I thought it would be. Something about it felt straightforward, and I didn’t have to keep clicking around forever just to find the basics.
A few sections could probably use more screenshots, but overall it saved me some time. It felt like it was written for regular users, not only people who already know all the technical stuff.

It took a few days to get a reply, and when they finally responded, it felt like a copy-paste answer that didn’t really match my problem. I ended up searching around and piecing it together myself. I upgraded my V-Ray license through vray.us, and it was painless. I usually try to spot where these things might get confusing—different versions, upgrade paths, checkout steps, but the info was laid out clearly enough that I could figure out which option matched what I needed.
The confirmation email came through quickly, and the upgrade showed up without any odd errors or back-and-forth. Everything followed the pattern you hope for: pick the upgrade, pay, get the email, start using it. Simple experience, and I’d use them again.

I really regret not looking into the support experience before trying to get this installed. I reached out for help, but it took forever to get anywhere, and after all that waiting, the install still wasn’t fixed. Just a frustrating experience overall.

I ordered a license from V-Ray thinking it would show up quickly, because of course I needed it that same day. Instead, it turned into a little suspense story where I kept checking and wondering when it was finally going to appear. It did arrive in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but the wait was definitely frustrating. Support was fine overall, just not exactly moving at lightning speed...

I paid on V-Ray and the payment did go through without any issues. No odd charges have shown up so far, so I’m assuming everything is fine there. I guess I’m just used to sites showing the usual security badges or a quick note about payment protection, and when I didn’t really see much of that, it made me pause a little at checkout. Overall, it worked okay, but I would’ve felt better with a bit more reassurance

I renewed my V-Ray license through vray.us and overall it went smoothly. I did spend a minute poking around to find the right renewal option, which is always the part that somehow takes longer than it should, but once I found it, everything worked fine. No major issues, so I can’t really complain

The product itself is fine, no real complaints there, but the billing stuff was more annoying than I expected. The invoice showed up late and I ended up having to ask a couple times before it got sorted out. Support did get back to me, just not super quickly. Not a huge disaster or anything, just kinda frustrating for something that should’ve been simple...

The team was friendly and seemed willing to help, which I appreciated. That said, it took way too long to hear back from support, and I was left waiting longer than expected. Once they did respond, they were helpful, so I just wish the response time had been better.
